What happens if the recipient is not home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location whenever possible and notify the recipient. In some cases, additional delivery attempts may require an additional fee.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. Pickup is available during business hours. We also offer scheduled pickup times outside of regular hours when arranged in advance.
